Sterling’s spiritual journey began with her own healing. As a child she was riddled with mental health and emotional obstacles due do an unstable and abusive domestic life. Determined to not rely on the prescribed medications that were numbing her creativity, she set out on a journey to heal herself holistically. This journey transcended into a commitment to help others do the same. And after years of studies, travels, mentorships and rituals she birthed eyelovemyself.
